• The attraction entrance is located on the Main Concourse level of Grand Central Terminal below street level (45 East 42nd Street).
• Present your timed smartphone ticket upon arrival and plan to reach the entrance 15 minutes before your selected timeslot.
• Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may face wait times or a fee to reschedule based on daily capacity.
• The experience and venue facilities are fully wheelchair accessible.
• Food, cocktails, and access to the outdoor terrace are available on-site at the Après lounge (purchases not included).
