Good to Know Before Purchasing Tickets to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum
The Memorial is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., while the Museum operates from Wednesday to Monday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with last entry at 5:30 p.m.
Pre-purchasing tickets is recommended to streamline the entry process and help regulate visitor numbers.
Be ready for a deeply moving experience as the Museum presents intense exhibits and personal stories from the events of September 11, 2001, which may be emotionally overwhelming.
There is no age restriction, but the content is not recommended for children under 10 due to its serious and somber nature.
