• The museum is wheelchair accessible through the 104th Street entrance, with wheelchairs available free of charge subject to availability.
• Single strollers are allowed but subject to the discretion of gallery staff.
• All bags entering the museum may be inspected.
• Paper tickets need to be collected by exchanging the smartphone voucher upon arrival.
• Coat check is free on the first floor during normal hours, but luggage and suitcases are not accepted.
• Visitors may bring pencils, sketchbooks, and notebooks; however, items such as pens, paints, and easels are prohibited.
• Personal photography is allowed without flash; flash, tripods, and selfie sticks are not permitted.
• Private tours can be arranged in advance with reservations.
