How to Get There:
By Subway: Take the B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, or W trains to 34th Street-Herald Square Station. The entrance to the Empire State Building is a short walk from the station. Alternatively, take the 1, 2, or 3 trains to 34th Street-Penn Station and walk a few blocks east.
By Bus: The M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, and Q32 bus lines all stop within a few minutes’ walk from the Empire State Building.
By Car: Parking is available at nearby facilities such as Meyers Parking at 15 West 35th Street, or Icon Parking at 1114 Avenue of the Americas (between 42nd & 43rd Streets).
By Train: Penn Station, located a few blocks west of the Empire State Building, provides access via Amtrak, Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), New Jersey Transit, and multiple subway lines.
By Ferry: The East River Ferry service provides connections to various points in Manhattan. The ferry terminal at 34th Street and FDR Drive is approximately a 20-minute walk or a short cab ride from the Empire State Building.
