Edge at Hudson Yards is generally open to public from 10 AM – 9 PM.

Most visitors spend between 60 and 90 minutes at Edge to fully experience the indoor and outdoor viewing areas.

While there is no official time limit once you reach the deck, you should account for an additional 30 to 45 minutes for the entry process and multimedia journey.

Edge is located at 30 Hudson Yards on the West Side of Manhattan. The entrance is situated on Level 4 of The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards.

By Subway: The 7 Train is the most direct route, providing service from Queens, Grand Central Station, and Times Square. You should exit at the 34 St-Hudson Yards station, which is located just a few steps from the entrance to the Hudson Yards complex.

Alternatively, you can take the A, C, E, 1, 2, or 3 trains to 34 St-Penn Station. From there, it is approximately a 10-to-15-minute walk west to reach Hudson Yards.

By Bus: Several MTA bus lines stop within a short walking distance of the venue:

M34-SBS: Provides east-west crosstown service along 34th Street.

M11: Operates north-south along 10th Avenue.

M12: Operates north-south along 11th Avenue.

By Train: Visitors traveling from outside Manhattan via Amtrak, LIRR, New Jersey Transit, or PATH should arrive at Penn Station. Upon arrival, exit toward 8th Avenue and walk west on 33rd Street until you reach the Hudson Yards development.

By Ferry: The Midtown Ferry Terminal is located at West 39th Street and the West Side Highway. From the terminal, it is about a 10-minute walk south along the Hudson River Park to reach the north entrance of Hudson Yards.

By Car or Rideshare: The primary drop-off point for rideshare services is located at 30 Hudson Yards. For those driving their own vehicles, several commercial parking garages are available within the Hudson Yards complex, with entrances located along West 30th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues.

Edge is equipped with modern amenities designed to handle high volumes of visitors while maintaining comfort.

On Level 4 of the Hudson Yards shops, visitors find the ticketing area and a multimedia experience that leads to the elevators.

Once on the 100th floor, the facility includes climate-controlled indoor viewing areas with floor-to-ceiling glass, ensuring the skyline is visible even during inclement weather.

Restrooms are located on the 100th floor for guest convenience.

For those looking to store larger items, it is important to note that Edge does not provide an on-site coat check or luggage storage; guests are encouraged to leave large bags and strollers at their hotel or in a vehicle.

Digital photo stations are positioned throughout the deck to capture professional images of your visit, which can be viewed and purchased before exiting.
